As part of the Lane College Campus Plan, standing committees and focus groups were established to drive and inform the planning process. Key to the planning process will be the frequent touchpoints with these groups. In addition to these committees, interviews with university leadership, meetings with school and division leadership teams will occur, as well as presentations to key constituency groups and public open houses.

Steering Committee: The Lane College Campus Plan Steering Committee is a College-approved group of stakeholders that participate in active planning and brainstorming sessions throughout the planning process. This group will drive final decisions from the start to the finish of the final campus plan.
